"I.O.U.S.A" is a documentary about the United States national debt crisis. This is a free, 30min short version of the documentary (you might be able to rent the fulltime version now). It explains how we got into our debt, what we generally used the money we borrowed for, where we got the money from and who owns the pieces of our entire debt, how much we really owe and how much we're going to owe in the future if we Americans don't change our spending habits.

Much social injustice underpins this debt but a lot of the reason for the cause of it is us, the American people's spending habits (myself included). I hope you find this documentary eye-opening and enlightening, just like I did =)
